Court Case: Is It Lawful to Repatriate Someone Who May be Tortured?

A court case in Detroit, Michigan, involving 114 Iraqis, asks whether it is lawful to send foreign nationals back to their countries of origin if there is a high likelihood they will be tortured or killed.
