Trump Signs Russia Sanctions Bill Into Law

U.S. President Donald Trump has signed legislation imposing new sanctions on Russia into law, the White House said Wednesday.

Congress had overwhelmingly passed the sanctions bill punishing Russia for interference in the 2016 U.S. election, while also imposing new measures on Iran and North Korea.
