U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday touted his signature legislative achievement -- a major U.S. tax overhaul that he calls a fulfillment of a campaign promise. Trump spoke shortly after the U.S. Congress approved the tax reform bill, which was vote on by the Republican-dominated House of Representatives for a second time because of a procedural glitch.
