The U.S. government is back at work following a brief shutdown over the issue of immigration. A divided Congress will once again attempt to address the situation of the so-called “Dreamers”, young immigrants brought illegally into the U.S. by their parents. The issue motivates activists in both parties and could be a major factor in this year’s midterm congressional elections. VOA National correspondent Jim Malone has more from Washington.
