The S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 produced smalls gains after topping records highs on Tuesday following strong corporate earnings. Stocks in Europe also drifted while a gauge of Chinese tech names struggled to extend its rally amid lingering concerns about China’s crackdown on private industries. Treasury yields rose and the dollar gained against major peers.
